As Vice President of Sales at Regard, you will be central to driving our revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting to the COO, you will be formulating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our organizational goals. Your leadership will encompass managing the sales team, guiding all aspects of sales from lead generation to deal closure, and fostering strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated consistent top sales performance at a rapidly growing Health Information Tech (HIT) SaaS company and will have existing Executive relationships within health system across key stakeholders including Finance, Revenue Cycle, and/or Clinical Documentation/Coding teams, as well as relationships with industry associations. In collaboration with other leadership members, you'll ensure that sales strategies are integrated with Regard's broader objectives. With a focus on both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in key deals, you will be instrumental in steering Regard's growth.
